Full job description

I am growing my gardening business by subcontracting work I cannot do myself.

We do all garden jobs like lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weeding and pruning.

I need an experienced knowledgeable gardener to support the growing business. If you have any horticultural qualifications it would be a great help!

Most of the work in and around St.Albans, Harpenden, Berkhamsted, Chesham, Tring, Watford and Amersham, so ideally you should live around near to one of these towns.

I’m offering a totally flexible work schedule, but ideally you will have two or more days a week which I can fill. You would keep your existing clients; I would just be bringing you extra days work. I’ll take care of advertising, quotes, customer service, scheduling and billing. You would just take care of the gardening.

Just to be clear, I’m not looking to take on an employee, just trying to find a reliable subcontractor to help the business grow. You’d be responsible for all your equipment, insurance and transport.

If you apply please add a message describing why you are suitable, or give me a call directly. If you just share a CV its very difficult to know. Thanks!
