Gardener – Irvine Garden Design Ltd.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic gardener to join our gardening team, maintaining and develop several beautiful gardens near Malmesbury. These gardens include a couple of very large and prestigious estates, so you will need to be up for a challenge as well as being passionate about horticulture.

RHS qualifications are preferred and experience using garden machinery is essential - any experience of growing plants or of working in a nursery is a bonus.

There are also plenty of perks involved in working with us including staff days out, provision of uniform and opportunities for personal development.

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

· Lawn maintenance, including grass-cutting, edging and strimming

· Hedge-cutting and topiary

· Tree and shrub pruning

· Herbaceous border maintenance

· Planting

· Fruit and vegetable cultivation

· Propagation

· Composting and mulching

· Leaf clearance

· Weeding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
