We are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaping Operative to join our growing team working on commercial landscaping and large-scale landscaping projects across the Northwest.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to be part of a team delivering high-quality soft landscaping including turfing, planting, and site finishing.

You will be working with an award-winning landscaping company delivering high-end landscaping projects.

Landscaping Operative Responsibilities

As a Soft Landscaping Operative, you will be part of a team delivering professional commercial landscaping and soft landscaping projects.

Key duties include:

  • Carry out hands-on landscaping duties including turfing, planting, pruning, hedge cutting, mulching, and final site finishing to a high standard.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working and supporting productivity on site.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, including ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.

Landscaping Team Leader Requirements

Essential

  • Eexperience in landscaping or soft landscaping
  • CSCS Card

Desirable

  • Full UK Driving Licence
