Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. The Grounds Maintenance Operative role is to carry out the upkeep of the grounds to a high standard. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude to be a key member of the team.

Job Profile

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be joining our Maintenance team and dedicated team of Ground Care professionals in providing a quality estate service. Working in teams, you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance and hard surfaces maintenance.

Candidate Profile

You will be values driven and focused on delivering a great service:

  • Demonstrable experience in grounds maintenance, including ride-on machinery and hand tools.
  • Able to work safely using a range of equipment and hand tools e.g., strimmer’s, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.
  • Able to work on your own or as a part of a team, providing a good quality service.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Full driving licence
  • DBS Check
