Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Gardening Assistant and be at the forefront of creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will support landscape maintenance, plant care, and groundskeeping activities that transform gardens into thriving environments. Duties

  • Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and mulching to promote healthy growth of plants and flowers
  • Lawn Mowing / Weeding / Strimming
  • Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to perform routine gardening tasks efficiently
  • Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper water distribution
  • Use power tools like hedge trimmers and leaf blowers to manage landscape upkeep and debris removal
  • Support landscape maintenance activities including lawn mowing, edging, and weed control
  • Conduct groundskeeping duties such as litter removal, soil preparation, and garden bed maintenance
  • Follow safety procedures during all gardening activities to ensure a secure working environment.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks
  • A will to learn and gain knowledge of horticulture practices is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with garden maintenance
  • Strong interest in gardening, horticulture, and outdoor environment care
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality garden presentation
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn new techniques
  • Friendly proffesional attitude
