Job Overview

We are currently seeking a General Labourer to join our team in the construction/Landscaping industry. The ideal candidates will have experience in various trades and possess a strong work ethic. Possess mechanical knowledge, and be proficient in using various tools to ensure the grounds are well-kept.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the construction/Landscaping field

- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures or components

- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

- Have experience and knowledge in using ground maintenacne equipment such as, Strimmers, hedgecutters, hand mowers, ride on mowers and other equipment.

Duties

- Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, hedgecutting, and other tasks as required

- Maintain the landscape by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and pruning trees

- Operate power tools for groundskeeping activities

- Utilise hand tools for detailed landscaping work

Qualifications

- Experience in groundskeeping or a similar role is desirable

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve landscaping goals

- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if required

We are looking for someone who has experience within grounds maintenance area, but there will be other works within this role such as construction. This role will be varied but ideally looking for a candidate that is flexible with working in different situations.

For this role a Full UK driving license is required.
