Due to company expansion, a great opportunity has arisen for an additional Full-time Holiday Park Maintenance and Grounds Person to join the team at Bennane Shore Holiday Park and Spa.

Full Time Permanent Position. 40hrs per week - Mon-Fri

Assist the Maintenance Manager with the following duties:

• Maintain and landscape Park grounds, including grass, hedges, play areas and gardens
• Some hard landscaping, fencing, drainage etc
• Assist the team with siting and de-siting of caravans and lodges
• Carry out minor caravan repairs and maintenance
• Maintenance of holiday park buildings and public areas
• Work on your own and as part of a team depending on the job

Required Personal Skills:

• A trade preferred
• Competent in the use of all grass cutting equipment, towing, tractor and manoeuvrability etc.
• Professionally presented
• Friendly and Professional Manner
• Positive and flexible
• Good communication skills
• Safe working practices
• Driving Licence essential

Experience in the Holiday Park/Hospitality industry or similar is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. The position would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors in a relaxed hospitality environment.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
