Job Overview
Grounds Technicians work as part of a fully trained and supervised team, maintaining gardens and grounds across the Home Counties and Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all grounds maintenance core duties:
  • Mowing
  • Strimming
  • Hedge cutting
  • Leaf blowing
  • Litter picking

The role requires reliability, attention to detail and a common sense "can-do" attitude.

Customer & Service delivery

  • Adhere to all company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure customer service and service delivery to a high standard
  • Wear the appropriate uniform and PPE at all times

Communication & time - Keeping

  • Communicate effectively.
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Ensure to record accurately their own time-keeping and report any concerns.

Health & Safety

  • Comply with Company’s Health & Safety Policy and procedures .
  • Ensure use of PPE as and when the job requires.
  • Follow the safety procedures whilst operating the motor equipment.
  • Report Health and Safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Support the Health & Safety appointed person as required.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • A proficient level of knowledge and confidence to use digital apps is benificial.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
