Full job description

Black Isle is seeking to boost its production team with the addition of a brewery assistant possessing good communication skills, a strong work ethic and an interest in beer and quality produce.

Black Isle is a dynamic, B-Corp certified brewery with a reputation for producing world-class organic beer. Based on an organic farm 10 minutes north of Inverness, we are now in our 28th year of brewing and are poised to move to a brand-new brewery and distillery within the next two years.

Previous brewery, hospitality, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential - all training will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with packaging, cleaning and general brewery operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality
  • Support warehousing operations, deliveries, and day-to-day brewery tasks
  • Work collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £27,976.00 per year
