Evri Group is the UK’s premier parcel delivery business, uniting four distinct brands—Evri, Evri Premium, a network of DHL, UK Mail and Irish e-commerce specialist Coll-8—to deliver more than 1 billion parcels and letters annually across the UK and to over 200 global destinations. With 12,000 colleagues, 30,000 couriers and drivers, 8,000 vehicles, and a nationwide network of hubs, depots and fulfilment centres, we combine over 50 years of expertise with the scale and flexibility to support everyone from casual senders to SMEs and major retailers. Driven by our friendly, ambitious and diverse people, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and offer exciting opportunities across the Evri Group.

At Evri, we're all about people, innovation and getting things done.

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to join our growing operation in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse, logistics, retail or distribution experience who enjoys leading teams, driving performance and creating a positive working environment.

If you're passionate about developing people, achieving operational excellence and delivering great results, we'd love to hear from you.

What's the role?

As a Supervisor, you'll support the Shift Manager in leading a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring parcels and customer orders are processed safely, accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality standards and helping your team deliver against key operational targets.

No two days are the same, and you'll play a vital role in creating a high-performing, customer-focused operation.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading, coaching and motivating a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver against performance targets.
  • Monitoring productivity, throughput and operational KPIs within your designated area.
  • Supporting the delivery of client SLAs and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Training and developing colleagues across picking, packing and stock control activities.
  • Promoting a strong health & safety culture and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, equipment availability and operational quality.
  • Completing operational reporting and communicating performance updates to the Shift Manager.
  • Driving continuous improvement and contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment.

What we're looking for

Essential experience and skills

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics or retail operation.
  • Experience leading, coaching or supervising teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational KPIs and performance management.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

We'd also love to see

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English, or relevant business experience.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • The ability to work independently while building strong team relationships.

Why join Evri?

At Evri, we know our people are what make us successful. That's why we focus on creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, develop and make a real impact.

Whether you're looking to take the next step in your leadership career or build on your existing supervisory experience, we'll provide the support and opportunities to help you succeed.

Ready to make a difference and help keep Britain delivering? Apply today and join the team that's redefining parcel delivery.

Evri Group for everyone

We’re committed to building a truly inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can bring – and be – their whole authentic selves.

We’re also on a mission to be the UK’s most accessible delivery business. We’ve partnered with Scope, the leading disability equality charity, to improve deliveries for millions of customers and give extra support to our colleagues and couriers who need it.

Collaboration is key because we work better together. Bring passion, ambition and an open mind, and in return we’ll give you respect, flexibility and a place where you can thrive.

At Evri Group, everyone is welcome.
