Overview

We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Appointment Setter to join Setter Optimisers, a specialist appointment setting agency working with established fitness coaches and online brands.

This role involves engaging with potential clients via Instagram and social media platforms to start conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule sales calls for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, confidence in online conversations, and a genuine interest in sales, marketing, and online business.

This is a remote position offering a base hourly rate plus commission, with clear performance targets and opportunities for progression within the company.

Duties

Send structured outbound messages to prospective leads via Instagram and social media platforms

Engage with inbound and outbound leads in a professional, persuasive manner to qualify interest

Book qualified sales calls directly into client calendars

Follow up with prospects to maximise show rates and confirm appointments

Accurately update CRM systems and tracking sheets with conversation data and booked calls

Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality communication

Collaborate with closers and internal team members to improve scripts, outreach strategies, and booking performance

Achieve daily targets for outreach volume, active conversations, and qualified calls booked

Experience

Previous experience in appointment setting, DM setting and sales is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close, or similar systems is preferred

Strong written English communication skills

Comfortable working with social media platforms such as Instagram

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while hitting performance targets

Organised, proactive, and target-driven mindset

Resilient and comfortable handling objections or rejection
