Contract: Full Time
Salary: £30,000

Set on the edge of Harrogate's historic centre, Cedar Court Harrogate is a Grade II listed hotel with a well-established reputation in one of Yorkshire's most sought-after destinations. The property offers 100 bedrooms, Amber's restaurant and bar, multiple meeting and event spaces, and generous on-site parking, well-positioned to serve both the town's thriving conference trade and its strong leisure market.

The heritage setting gives the hotel a distinctive character, and the range of business that flows through it, from corporate stays, conferences, weddings, and leisure guests. This means the team works across a broad spectrum of hospitality. We’re searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade at Cedar Court Hotel. This is an opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences across our restaurant and events.

As Chef de Partie you will support the Kitchen Brigade with the following:

  • Deliver Excellence: Supporting the daily operations to ensure exceptional food preparation, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Prioritise Quality and Safety: Maintain impeccable food safety standards and ensure a clean, organised kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with our Guest Service Team to deliver a seamless dining experience for both restaurant and corporate guests.
  • Plan for Impact: Support and help deliver high-volume events with a keen eye on exceeding expectations and maintaining standards.
  • Bring the Fun: Engage an atmosphere of joy, enthusiasm, and pride in every dish and interaction.
