What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars or customer service is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to remain calm, professional and positive during busy service periods.
• A strong team player with a hands-on attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of personal presentation.
• A willingness to learn and develop within a premium restaurant environment.
• Experience within premium restaurants, steakhouses, Japanese dining, luxury hospitality or high-volume restaurants would be an advantage.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Depending on your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and creating a positive first impression.
• Providing attentive, professional and friendly table service.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
• Ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience throughout their visit.
• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Supporting the team during busy services and working together to deliver smooth operations.
• Preparing and resetting tables to the required standard.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
• Responding to guest requests and feedback quickly and professionally.
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality.
• Representing the NIPO brand and maintaining our premium service standards at all times.
