Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waitress/Waiter at a successful independent boutique restaurant and hotel in North Yorkshire.

We have already received recognition for our dining and excellent service and require someone to join our restaurant and be part of a fantastic team already in place.

The applicant ideally should have experience in a high standard and busy food service in a hotel and/or restaurant, branded or independent with a great personality.

The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, confident and committed. Used to working in a high volume, customer focused environment. S/he will be working closely and reporting to the restaurant manager.

For this Role, the requirements will be:

  • Have good health & safety awareness, and food handling knowledge
  • Be part of a team in a positive and engaged environment and participate in a culture which encourages the highest standards of professional behaviour in the team.
  • Natural team player with effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the industry.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
