Chef de Partie – Holiday Inn, Kenilworth, Warwick by IHG

We are looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Holiday Inn, Kenilworth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality dishes, we would love to hear from you.

What you will do:

  • Run your own section, preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
  • Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and timely service
  • Support stock control and minimise food waste
  • Train and support junior team members
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
  • Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Passion for great food and guest satisfaction
