Requirements

• Proven experience in holistic therapy or related health fields
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and explain therapy benefits clearly
• Ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that promotes trust and comfort
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed
• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth

Applicants must:

• Hold a minimum Level 2 & Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification, or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Have at least 5 years of professional holistic therapy experience.
• Be fully qualified and confident in providing a variety of holistic treatments.
• Have excellent knowledge of holistic techniques, client consultation, contraindications and aftercare.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, treatment-room and professional standards.
• Be confident adapting treatments to meet individual client needs.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out professional client consultations, delivering high-quality massage and holistic treatments, providing appropriate aftercare advice and maintaining accurate client records.

You will ensure your treatment room is prepared to a high standard and that all hygiene, infection-control and health & safety procedures are followed.

You will also be expected to contribute positively to the clinic environment, support your colleagues and help maintain the high standards of service expected at Nouveau Beauty Clinic.

Desirable

• Cancer / Oncology Massage qualification
• Additional advanced massage, facial and holistic qualifications
• Previous salon, spa or clinic experience
• Experience working with a varied client base
• Additional beauty or wellbeing treatment qualifications
