JOB TITLE – Complementary Therapist
DEPARTMENT – Spa
CONTRACT TYPE – Permanent
RATE OF PAY - £13.28 per hour, plus amazing benefits
HOURS – 30 hours over 4 days
LOCATION – Newport, NP18 1HQ

OVERVIEW -
Step into the world of luxury and wellness at the Celtic Manor Resort Spa, where you will join a team of heroes, helping to deliver the Greatest Story in Hospitality. As a Complementary Therapist at The Celtic Manor Resort, you will focus your passion on creating unforgettable guest experiences through a genuine commitment to bespoke luxury. Your talent will be to create personalised, memorable experiences, building relationships that will foster long-term guest loyalty, ensuring they come back and bring others with them.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Whether you are newly qualified or already have some experience, if you are passionate about wellness and delivering transformative guest experiences in a luxury spa environment, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for individuals who have:
A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Complementary Therapy (or equivalent) – however, newly qualified therapists are welcome to apply
An exceptional understanding of guest care and the desire to deliver unrivalled, five-star treatment standards
Ability to create an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for every guest
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
A genuine interest in holistic spa treatments, customising treatments based on needs and guest preferences
A warm, confident, and professional communication style
Immaculate grooming standards and people skills, able to connect with guests and colleagues at all levels
The enthusiasm and physical readiness to perform a full day of treatments (with plenty of support and breaks!)

Maintain fully stocked and pristine treatment rooms

Continuously improve your skills through feedback and training
Ensure any guest concerns are promptly escalated to management
