We are currently delivering adult supported living and now we are expanding into children services.

We have created and will deliver a therapeutic model that is holistic, person-centred, that incorporates, housing, employment, training, and access to therapeutic support.
We want to connect with a passionate, experienced, registered manager to deliver and oversee Ofsted-regulated accommodation services for 16-25. We will provide five-start housing with five-star support to 16-25 year olds.

This role is a development role leading to a manager's role once registered with Ofsted, experience is essential and you must have experience in start-ups.

Our therapeutic model is holistic and focused on person-centred personal development that delivers positive outcomes, star housing and support.
We combine multiple types of therapy including equine therapy and supported work experience programmes to enable people to live independently.
The company is in its first stage of applying to register with Ofsted for supported accommodation, and we need you to join the team and help us develop the foundations and then register the services with Ofsted.

A level 5 qualification in leadership and management with direct experience for a minim of two years running children's services is essential in either children's residential or supported accommodation.
You must be able to evidence your management experience, as well as experience in building a regulated service.
Services will be delivered in Nottinghamshire Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
Elevate Supported Living Services provides therapeutic, innovative, and creative support for older children & adults who require support with mental health, complex needs, and learning disabilities.
The position is full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The working hours are 8 am – 4 pm with on-call duties.
The salary for this role is between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Details
As an Ofsted Registered Manager, you will lead in registering the service with Ofsted and support the managers of the service in the development and management of the 16 -18+ services, as required in line with Ofsted standards. You will lead, oversee, and assist the directors in implementing the company’s vision, including the systems, staffing, policies and procedures that enable structure and high standards to be delivered.
The Registered Manager will provide management of the service, including allocation of duties and responsibilities, staff deployment, and day-to-day supervision and oversight of the service, specifically to managers and team leaders as required.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering KPI in line with the action plans, and business plan, implementing KPI for each team member and supporting the manager to monitor and evaluate the progress of KPI.
This is not a complete statement of all the duties and responsibilities of this post.
About You
You will have previous management experience in an Ofsted role and knowledge of relevant Children & Adult Social Care Legislation, Government Guidance and Best Practice and Working Knowledge of Children & Adult Protection Policies and Procedures.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of supported living with young people aged 16 - 18. An understanding of the strategies for managing Challenging Behaviour and understanding equality issues and knowledge and consideration of meeting the diverse needs of the staff team and vulnerable children / adults.
You should have the ability to continually aim at improving the staff teams’ performance to provide Best Value Services and to develop effective team performance, make informed decisions, and offer a clear lead, including pre-planning and impartation and monitoring of those plans, as well as having experience of handling conflict and managing sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes.

Our holistic and therapeutic model focuses on a person-centred approach and consists of supported person-centred, training and social enterprise. This includes hot tubs at each property, 10 aces of land in which we are developing a therapy farm, and two shops that teach how to restore furniture, we promote pets in properties and focus on therapeutic approaches to improving the quality of life.
We provide animal therapy, music therapy, art therapy, CBT counselling, and well-being programs.
