Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our family NHS/mixed practice. This role is essential in providing high-quality dental therapy(full scope) services to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is prioritised.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on individual assessments, utilising evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support for patients
• Educate patients about their conditions and the therapeutic processes involved in their treatment.
• Stay informed about advancements in therapy practices, anatomy applications relevant to the field.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in dental therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records and documentation.
• A compassionate approach towards client care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
