We are seeking a passionate Holistic Facialist to join our team at Beauty Edit Mayfair. The ideal candidate will excel in facial massages, deep cleansing, exfoliation, and recommending the right skincare products and treatments. Expertise in the lightest facial massages is essential, along with a strong passion for retail and sales. As a Holistic Facialist, you will provide personalised, high-quality facial treatments that align with our clean beauty philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facial Treatments:
• Perform a range of holistic facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration.
• Utilise advanced facial massage techniques to enhance skin health and relaxation.
• Product Retail Recommendations:
• Assess clients' skin types and concerns to recommend the most suitable skincare products and treatments.
• Educate clients on the benefits of clean beauty products and how to incorporate them into their daily routines.
• LED Light Therapy:
• Administer LED Light Therapy treatments, tailoring sessions to address specific skin concerns such as acne, aging, and pigmentation.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in LED Light Therapy.
• Client Consultation:
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and follow up on client progress and satisfaction.
• Customer Experience:
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
• Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the store team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality customer experience.
• Participate in training and development sessions to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a facialist, esthetician, or similar role, with a focus on holistic and clean beauty practices.
• Expertise in facial massage techniques and deep cleansing procedures.
• Proficiency in LED Light Therapy treatments.
• Strong understanding of clean beauty products and their benefits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and tailor treatments to their individual needs.
• Relevant certifications and licenses required for practicing as a facialist in the UK.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.50-£15.00 per hour
