Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being for clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a tranquil environment, helping clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through expert massage techniques.

Duties

  • Perform customised massage treatments based on client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other specialised techniques
  • Conduct client consultations to assess individual requirements and develop personalised treatment plans
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or self-care practices
  • Ensure client comfort throughout the session, maintaining professional boundaries and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of human anatomy and various massage techniques is essential
  • Certification or licence to practise massage therapy in accordance with local regulations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively to clients’ needs
  • Strong organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently
  • Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours, maintaining professionalism at all times
  • A caring attitude with a focus on client wellbeing and satisfaction

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
