GKR Maintenance & Building Co. Ltd is a well-established Building Maintenance company based in South Wales. We are a trusted business established 26+ years with over 85 Operatives undertaking Building Maintenance and refurbishment work for National Retailers, Leisure, Local Authorities and Housing Associations throughout South Wales and South West England.
Clients include: Boots, Costa Coffee, Coventry Building Society, Care UK, Dulux, Holland & Barrett, JD Wetherspoons, Marstons, Medivet, Stonegate Pub Group, Toolstation, Travis Perkins, Valiant Pub Company.
Various Local Authorities and Housing Associations within South Wales.
We are looking for an experienced full time Roofer based in the South Wales area but the position will involve travelling to our clients in the South West of England.
*** A full UK Driving Licence is essential ***
Position: Roofer
Rate: Up to £15.85 per hour depending on experience, which will be discussed at interview.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm
Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm
Holidays: 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
Location: South Wales but will involve some travelling to our clients in the South West of England.
A mobile phone, uniform, vehicle and fuel card will be provided for work purposes only.
Key Skills: Applicants need to be qualified or have good trade skills. Experience in flat, slate and pitch roofing maintenance is essential, along with good paperwork and organisational skills.
Previous experience in building and reactive maintenance is preferable.
