Beyond Tug Driving, you’ll also assist with safely mooring vessels, coordinating the loading and unloading of freight and vehicles, and facilitating passenger transportation as needed.

If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team and take on a hands-on role where Tug Driving is at the forefront, we’d love to have you on board!

Some of your key responsibilities:

- Contribute to fostering a positive safety culture and psychological safety within the team.
- Support mooring operations, marshalling, and the operation of linkspans and ramps.
- Maintain and care for equipment, facilities, and tools, ensuring any faults are reported.
- Carry out additional tasks as required to meet local operational needs.

What you will experience
As a key member of the Port Operations team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely mooring of vessels during arrivals and departures.

Your primary role will be to assist with the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers and vehicles to and from the vessels, while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.

- Continuous training, coaching and development within a helpful and encouraging environment with progression opportunities

Who you are
At Stena Line, your personality is just as important as your skills. You’ll need to be flexible, adaptable, and dependable. Are you a proactive team player who thrives under pressure?

Do you have the willingness to learn and adapt to new vehicles or skills when needed?

Requirements:
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Experience driving large vehicles is preferred but not essential.
- Need to be flexible due to the nature of the role.
