Fitness Appointment Setter

Level One Coaching is a premium online fitness coaching company helping Managers, Directors and Business Owners transform their health and fitness.

We're looking for an experienced phone-based appointment setter to join our growing sales team.

The Role

  • Call and re-engage warm leads (provided)
  • Build rapport, qualify prospects and handle objections
  • Sell the next step and book qualified sales appointments
  • Follow up consistently to maximise conversions

Requirements

  • Must have fitness industry experience (PT, coaching or fitness sales)
  • Must have proven phone appointment-setting experience, with evidence of results
  • Strong sales skills and excellent spoken English
  • Confident speaking with senior professionals and business owners
  • Available during key UK calling hours (5–7 pm), with flexibility for US leads
