Job description

About the Role

The role of CX Associate is 100% focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all queries and contacts are handled efficiently.

Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers ensuring quality standards are maintained and call outcomes are recorded appropriately and accurately.

About You - You’ll have:

  • a love of dealing with people and be passionate about delivering an outstanding level of service
  • an ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • resilience and the ability to multi-task
  • a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills, able to quickly build a rapport with a customer
  • an ability to gather and accurately update information

Additional Information:

  • We are looking for candidates who can work 20 hours per week with an availability between 5am and 10pm, from Monday to Sunday on a 6 month fixed term basis.
  • Shift option is 20 Hours per week (5 x 4 hour shifts per week, excluding unpaid breaks)
  • You will be required to be available for your paid induction over 10 working days between 8am-4pm (Monday – Friday only).

1) Suitable office space to work at home without interuuption, with a desk and office chair.

  • We are currently only recruiting for part time candidates on a 6 month fixed term contract basis and have a multiple shift patterns available. Please state your preference on the below patterns:

Shifts scheduled between Monday-Sunday between 5am and 10pm, with either of the following patterns:
1. 15 hours per week, 5 x 3 hour shifts
2. 15 hours per week, 3 x 5 hour shifts

Please state the shift preference and your availability.
