  • Providing research paper summaries to support the creative/client services teams and drive projects forward.
  • Collates information required for the brief in a clear, summarised way.
  • Acting as a safe pair of hands to review references and the scientific integrity of creative work before it's shared with clients, ensuring it meets the high Agency standards.
  • Annotate reference documents accurately using platforms like Veeva Vault.
  • Build and maintain reference libraries.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to industry guidelines, compliance codes (ABPI).
  • Analysing and reporting on projects, brands and competitors to gain insight into key trends.
  • Step into an Account Executive role during peak periods to assist with client management, project tracking, and agency operations.
Job requirements - Graduate Research Assistant
  • A 2.1 degree in a science-based subject from a university.
  • Master's degree or 1 year's industry experience/internships in an academic laboratory or literary review role.
  • A real interest in science and an interest in learning more about a continually evolving sector.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A knack for research.
  • A proactive approach to your work and the ability to take on constructive feedback.
