Support Worker – Patchway/Stoke Gifford

At CarePride, we're looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our growing team supporting people in the Patchway and Downend/Fishponds areas.

This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to help people live independently, safely, and confidently in their own homes and communities while building a rewarding career with a supportive team.

Available Shifts

We are currently recruiting for a mixture of:

  • 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Flexible working patterns available.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll help people maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by:

  • Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Assisting with shopping, meal preparation, and household duties
  • Helping individuals attend appointments and access their community
  • Supporting budgeting and money management
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal development
  • Working alongside families, carers, and healthcare professionals
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing at all times
