Support Worker – Patchway/Stoke Gifford

At CarePride, we're looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our growing team supporting people in the Patchway and Downend/Fishponds areas.

Available Shifts
We are currently recruiting for a mixture of:
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
- 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Flexible working patterns available.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll help people maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Assisting with shopping, meal preparation, and household duties
- Helping individuals attend appointments and access their community
- Supporting budgeting and money management
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal development
- Working alongside families, carers, and healthcare professionals
- Promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing at all times
