Maintenance 24-7 Ltd, part of the Twenty47 Group, are expanding and seeking experienced engineers to join our growing team across London and the Home Counties.

We are hospitality, commercial and retail maintenance specialists, delivering reactive, quoted and project works to well-known restaurant chains, pub groups, storage facilities and national retail brands throughout the South East.

About Us

Maintenance 24-7 is a well-established and continually growing maintenance company working for well known brands in the commercial and retail sectors. We are a leading supplier of re-active maintenance, quoted and project works in the South East.

Due to continued growth, we are also seeking Multi Skilled engineers, carpenters, roofers and floor layers to join our team covering the South East Region.

The main duties include

  • Roofing - unblocking gutters / gulleys, temporary coverings, tile / slate replacements, liquid roofing, felt, fascia's and soffits etc
  • Carpentry - re-boarding, rafter replacements
  • Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
  • Completion of work sheets
  • Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard
  • A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
  • Previous fabric maintenance in commercial environments, ideally pubs and restaurants.
  • Trade qualifications (not essential)
  • A HSE understanding
  • Full UK Driver’s License – Clean
  • Previous use of handheld technology for all quoted and reactive works
