Location: Leeds
Hours: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week, flexible)

Join Our Team!

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing exhibitions and events company. If you enjoy connecting with people, finding great talent, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be responsible for recruiting a wide range of roles that help deliver successful exhibitions and live events, ensuring we continue to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Write and post engaging job adverts.
  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone or video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment administration and keep applicant tracking systems up to date.
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment checks where required.
  • Work closely with managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.

About You

  • Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
  • Confident using recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, positive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience recruiting within events, hospitality, exhibitions, or customer-facing industries is desirable but not essential.
