About Us

Join our dedicated equine team as a Groom (Endurance) and play an essential role in the daily care, exercise and well-being of our horses. You will help maintain the highest stable standards while supporting safe and well-organised client riding activities.

The Role

As a Groom (Endurance), you will carry out daily stable yard and field duties, administer treatments as directed and exercise allocated horses through a range of activities. You will confidently handle fit and excitable horses, including stallions, while ensuring equipment and working areas remain safe, clean and serviceable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily stable yard and field duties, including feeding, handling, and grooming horses.
  • Muck out and clean stables to a high standard.
  • Report any horse ailments, infections, or injuries to the Head Groom immediately.
  • Administer necessary treatments to horses as directed.
  • Exercise allocated horses daily through lunging
  • Safely lead fit and excitable horses, including stallions.
  • Check and maintain the safety and serviceability of all equipment, reporting any repairs needed.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and tidy at the end of each day.
  • Transport horses as required.
  • Assist in client activity preparation tasks and riding activities, following correct procedures.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working as a Groom (essential).
  • Has experience in horse care (essential).
  • Holds a clean driving licence (essential).
  • Has an equine qualification (desirable).
