Full job description

Position: Gardener, Maintenance and Planting (Horticulture)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Light Water Plants are looking for a Gardener (Maintenance and Planting) to join our growing team. The ideal person will have previous experience in the horticultural field, however, this is not essential, as we provide regular training.

Our diverse range of clients are situated throughout London, and include shops, offices, co-working spaces, restaurants, markets, and members clubs.

The Job:

  • Watering and maintaining plants, this includes pruning, feeding, re-potting, and treating for pests and diseases
  • Installing (planting) new plant displays, both interior and exterior
  • Liaising with clients on-site to discuss any queries or issues
  • Reporting on the condition of plant displays to Head Office
  • Working with the team and individually
  • Scheduling your time to efficiently complete tasks

The Benefits:
