Female Night Concierge & Safeguarding Officer (Bank/Part-Time)– Supported Housing – Enhanced DBS Required

Location: Fritchly Court, Mansfield

AGS Support are looking for compassionate, reliable, and vigilant female Night Concierge Officers to join our women's supported housing services in the Mansfield area.

This is a rewarding frontline role where you’ll provide safety, reassurance, and support to vulnerable adults and young people during overnight hours. If you’re calm under pressure, observant, and passionate about helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

As a Night Concierge Officer, you will be the key point of contact overnight, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and security of residents and the building.

Your presence will help create a safe, stable, and supportive environment where residents feel respected and protected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor access to the building and maintain site security
  • Conduct regular welfare, health & safety, and wellbeing checks
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
  • Provide reassurance and support to residents when needed
  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns in line with procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and handovers

Essential Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS (Adults Workforce)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Calm, professional, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and basic admin skills

Desirable Experience

  • Minimum 1 year in supported housing, care, or a similar role
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals or young people
