Full job description

MYA As a result of MYA's achievements to date we are looking at increasing our existing clinical teams. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast growing and productive clinic within one of the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery providers.

We are looking for a friendly, confident, highly organised, self-motivated person who has previous strong customer facing experience.

This is a BANK position, therefore a zero-hour contract. We're looking for someone to join our already established team to cover our surgeon and nurse diaries. We require 1-2 days a week, you must be available and fully flexible for these days and call upon our 'Bank Team' to cover these dates.

Purpose of the role:

As Front of House (FOH) you are responsible for all persons coming through the clinic doors ensuring they are managed appropriately, provided with all suitable information and passed to the appropriate clinic team member. FOH are on hand to assist with any day-to day incoming information within the clinic.

As a Chaperone you are an impartial observer present during our patients physical examination with the surgeon. Full training will of course be provided.

Both roles will often be privy to very confidential information and therefore must be able to work with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.

NB. There may be times when additional hours can be offered, to cover annual leave or absences.

HOW TO APPLY: If you feel this is the role for you, please visit our website directly and email us with your CV, picture and covering letter with "BANK FOH & Chaperone - Manchester" in the subject line. Successful applicants will then be contacted when the recruitment process begins for this position.
