Catering Assistant

We have a Catering Assistant role to join our team based at St Charles Hospital - Main Building

  • £15.00 per hour

  • 20 hours per week expected shift will be 10:30 - 14:30

  • DBS check will be conducted, training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

  • The Catering Assistant is responsible for the provision of a food and beverage service in accordance with health and safety requirements, Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) and NHS Property Services policies and procedures.

  • Duties include, but are not limited to, food preparation, cooking, serving and presentation, cleaning of crockery, cutlery and equipment, rotation of stock, maintenance of food hygiene regulations and cash handling.

  • No formal qualification is required as full training will be given.
