We are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to manage our Pizza Pasta Family Buffet as part of our theme park catering team.


Our Pizza Pasta Family Buffet offers a range of dishes from freshly made pizza's with mouthwatering toppings, hearty pasta dishes, a crisp colourful salad bar bursting with freshness, and tempting desserts to top off the perfect meal.


This role is varied and exciting, working as part of the team that delivers our lunch offering to theme park guests; each day will bring fresh challenges that need to be met with a positive mental attitude whilst delivering Excellent Guest Service. You will support the Senior Manager by managing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant and be a natural inspiration to the team. You will drive sales, profitability, quality and service. There is also an opportunity for you to enrol in an apprenticeship, empowering you to develop and learn whilst working.

A Day in the Life


  • Leading your team to deliver excellent guest service and smooth daily operations
  • Supporting the team to provide great menu knowledge and confidently manage allergen or dietary needs
  • Taking ownership of internal and external audit requirements
  • Driving team engagement, training, and development to build capability and confidence
  • Managing labour, stock, and equipment ordering in line with budget
  • Gaining valuable exposure to menu development, business planning, and project support alongside senior management


Desirable Qualities


  • A proactive learner with the ambition to grow into a confident Restaurant Manager
  • Calm, focused, and effective under pressure
  • Excellent communicator, able to inspire and support a team
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet operational needs
  • Approachable and enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality
  • Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience
  • Previous supervisory or assistant management experience within Hospitality, Retail, or Leisure
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and resort
  • Experience working with KPI targets across People, Profit, Guests, and Safety
  • Minimum of Food Safety Level 2 qualification
