40 to 45 hours per week – all hours paid

Fixed work schedule : Tuesday to Saturday

Fixed Holidays : Christmas / January / Spring / Summer

What is my role as Maitre D ?

The Maitre D is the first and last person our 3 Michelin Star Guests come across.

The Maitre D is a key role in our 3 Michelin Star Team as they represent the elegance and refinement the Lecture Room and Library are famous for. They are part of the team offering an outstanding fine dining experience where attention to details, kindness and customer service are a must.

We are looking for a welcoming individual, with a genuine passion for customer service and fine dining environment.

Kind and energetic personalities are paramount to engage with guests on every possible occasion. A natural smile and an ease at having a conversation is paramount to doing well in this role too. Previous similar experience is essential for this role.
