Recruitment Coordinator - 1 year Fixed Term Contract

Location: (Head Office: Mundells, Welwyn Garden City)

Salary: £30,578 per Annum

Hours: Fixed term contract, 37 hours per week

Contract:1 Year fixed term contract

Reports to: Recruitment & Head Office Training Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment activity across their designated region. This is a pivotal role within the People team, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and play a key role in building our talent pipeline through both direct sourcing and external partnerships.

Key Responsabilties:

  • Manage and update job adverts across key platforms.
  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Maintain ATS records and complete compliance checks (e.g. Right to Work).
  • Support onboarding and coordinate new starter admin.
  • Advise hiring managers and manage recruitment queries.
  • Partner with managers to meet hiring needs and timelines.
  • Build external partnerships and support recruitment events.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment, or resourcing role.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of UK Right to Work legislation and pre-employment compliance.
  • Experience using job boards such as Indeed, Reed, Caterer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
