We have a thriving desk within our FOH operation that is going from strength to strength and we require someone with a wealth of knowledge and the desire to continue to push this desk forward through great service and high end recruitment.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing talented professionals within the hospitality sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your relationship management skills and industry knowledge to connect organisations with top-tier talent. The position involves engaging with clients and candidates through various channels, networking at events and being in regular face-to-face contact with your client pool.

Duties

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and personalised engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes in collaboration with our FOH training manager
  • Analyse market trends and labour data to inform recruitment strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout all recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.
