Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within our premises, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial roles is highly desirable. Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitise guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to the highest standards
  • Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
  • Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and maintained in pristine condition
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
  • Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Assist with laundry duties as required
  • Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial roles is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanour
