Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team in creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism

  • Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle basic math calculations for bills and change
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, addressing any issues promptly and effectively
  • Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service and support a lively atmosphere

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
  • Experience with serving or bartending roles will be considered a plus but is not mandatory
