Spa Host

We are looking for a Spa Host on a casual basis with flexible hours to help cover our busier periods and holidays.

We have an exciting opening at our brand new spa, we are looking for an hard-working individual to join our team as a Spa Host. We pride ourselves on delivering a very high-level of customer service to all spa day guests, members and hotel residents.

The Spa Host duties include to maintain the daily upkeep of the Spa facilities to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment, supporting the spa team and the wellness café to ensure the highest level of service is provided. Part-Time and Full-Time hours considered, working 8 hours shifts, including weekends and bank holiday, between the hours of 6am and 10pm. Full training will be provided, although previous experience within a spa or pool environment would be desirable.

About you and the role

• The daily upkeep of the public areas, wet and dry side for both swimming pools (including our brand new children's pool and outdoor sauna)
• Opening up and closing down the spa facilities & gym
• Daily tasks in the pool plant room & regular pool testing
• Spa laundry
• Working alongside the spa team & wellness café
• Friendly and approachable manner
• Team player and self-motivated
