Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure an efficient flow of service
  • Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and attention to detail at all times
  • Maintain the presentation of menus, reception areas and dining spaces to the highest standards
  • Monitor the restaurant floor for seating availability, service flow and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to support smooth operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of host and reception areas throughout the shift
