Full job description

We're looking for a friendly full-time Front of House Host to join our close-knit team on a permenant basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you love variety. You’ll get to wear a few different hats, combining warm guest relations with great food service. One minute you'll be the welcoming face helping guests check in, and the next you’ll be helping serve in our intimate restaurant.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making great first impressions: Welcoming guests and handling check-ins to make sure they feel right at home from the moment they arrive.
  • Creating memorable dinners: Helping oversee and run dinner service in our small, lovely restaurant, ensuring everyone leaves happy and full.
  • Leading with a smile: Setting a great example for the rest of the front-of-house team and supporting them through the shift.
  • Being the go-to person: Chatting with guests, answering questions, and sorting out any little hitches with a calm, positive attitude.

Shift Details & Work-Life Balance:

We know hospitality can have crazy hours, but we love predictability. Our shifts generally look like this:

  • Afternoons/Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM OR
  • Daytimes: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What we’re looking for:

  • A bit of experience: You’ve ideally worked in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant before and know the ropes.
  • A people person: You genuinely love delivering great service and making people's day.
  • A team player: You’re organized, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed.
  • An eye for detail: You care about the little things that make a luxury stay feel extra special.
