We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and takes real ownership of their work—someone who doesn’t settle for doing the bare minimum.

Game Master – Join Our Growing Team in Leicester

We’re looking for a proactive, energetic individual to join our team in Leicester. As a Game Master, you’ll play a key role in delivering immersive, high-quality experiences for our guests across both venues.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Run and manage game sessions to ensure smooth gameplay and outstanding guest experiences
  • Deliver excellent customer service by guiding players through rules and providing hints when needed
  • Set up and reset game rooms to a high standard before and after each session
  • Monitor game progress and maintain a safe, engaging environment
  • Support social media activity and help promote the business
  • Be open to cross-training across both venues ( Market Street and Horsefair House )

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (essential)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
  • Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality experiences
  • A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
