We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, operational excellence and beautifully maintained spaces for some of London’s most prestigious residential developments.

Zasbi is looking for a professional, reliable and highly service-focused Wellness Amenities Host to join our team within a super-prime residential development.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards, enjoys working in a luxury residential environment and understands the importance of creating a calm, welcoming and well-maintained amenity experience for residents and their guests.

The Role

As a Wellness Amenities Host, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, presentation and resident experience across a range of premium amenities, including:

- Swimming Pool an d wet leisure areas including Sauna, Steam Room and Vitality Pool

- Treatment Rooms, Fitness Studios & Gym.

- Cinema Room, Children's play area and Business Suite.

This role will include periods of lone working, so we are looking for someone confident, responsible and able to manage their duties independently while maintaining the highest standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

- Ensuring all amenity areas are presented to an exceptional standard throughout the day

- Carrying out regular checks of the pool, spa and wider amenity spaces

- Welcoming residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Supporting the smooth running of wet leisure facilities, including swimming pool, sauna, steam room and vitality pool

- Liaising with residents, the client team and maintenance contractors with the highest level of professionalism

- Reporting maintenance issues, defects or concerns promptly

- Supporting health and safety procedures, including regular checks and operational standards

- Ensuring resident rules and amenity guidelines are followed

- Maintaining a clean, organised and luxury environment at all times

- Providing a discreet, polished and helpful service to residents

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent attention to detail

- A strong understanding of high service standards

- A professional and well-presented manner

- Confidence working alone and taking responsibility

- Strong communication skills

- A calm, proactive and helpful approach

- The ability to liaise professionally with residents, contractors and client representatives

- Previous experience in luxury residential, hospitality, leisure, spa, wellness or front-of-house environments would be advantageous

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about standards, service and resident experience. You will be the face of the amenity spaces and will play an important role in ensuring residents feel welcomed, supported and confident that their facilities are being managed to the highest standard.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role working mixed shifts between:

· 7:00am–3:00pm

· 2:00pm–10:00pm

Flexibility will be required in line with the operational needs of the development.

Pay: £28,850.00 per year
