Join Our Recruitment Day! Front of House Hospitality

Aspire Lounges | London City Airport | December 2026 / January 2027 Start

Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service? Come along to our Hiring Day and explore exciting opportunities to join Aspire Lounges at London City Airport!

We are building a brand-new team for our lounge opening in early 2027 and are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who want to make every guest experience special.

Positions Available

  • Guest Experience Host
  • Senior Guest Experience Host
  • Team Leader
  • Housekeeper

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Show guests to their seats and explain lounge facilities.
  • Support reception, bar, and floor operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist with food and beverage service and menu upgrades.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, can-do attitude and passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 04:00 and 22:00, including weekends.
