Job Summary

Clova Farms Ltd are a modern and diverse arable and livestock farming business, based just outside Muirdrum, Carnoustie.

We are currently looking to recruit an Adminstration & Finance Manager to assist our farming, Estate, hotel and property rental businesses.

Working within our friendly team, you will be the main contact for administrative support across a variety of tasks including daily post, emails, telephone, reviews as well as ad hoc projects as directed by the Business Principals. You will also be responsible for financial record keeping, VAT returns and weekly/fortnightly payroll. Experience with Xero, confident with numbers and computer literate will enhance your application.

This is a diverse role where you will also be involved in farming livestock record keeping, key regulatory reports, audits, tracking rental properties and providing administrative support during the shooting season.

As a direct contact for the business, you will have a proven track record and be an effective communicator with a flexible, can do attitude.

We provide excellent working conditions as well as an attractive remuneration package. This would be discussed depending on experience and working hours.

Full time position ideally 4/5 days per week with an option to work from home a day per week.
