About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Server at Cromlix, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, memorable experiences to our guests. From breakfast through to dinner service, you will be part of a team that prides itself on attention to detail, warmth, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing outstanding, personalised service across our restaurant and bar
• Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
• Delivering food and beverage service to the highest standards
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of menus, wines, and offerings

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential
• A desire to learn and grow within a high-performing environment
