We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in property management, with full training provided. You will play a key role in supporting the management of residential properties, offering you the chance to learn and grow within the industry. As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Northampton
, you will receive:

  • £27844 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

How you will make an impact as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Northampton:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
