Full job description

Reds Housing are seeking a competent and experienced property inspector to undertake property inspections/ audits on supported accommodation properties in the Birmingham area. The right candidate will hold a strong knowledge of properties/building work and show great attention to detail.

This role involves:

· Completing property inspections/reinspections and detailing works required

· Liaising with support staff and maintenance teams to ensure excellent standards of accommodation are up-kept

· Completing relevant paperwork relating to the properties

· Preparing properties for Council inspections

· Ensuring property standards are maintained across all properties

The ideal candidate will:

· Possess strong property/ building knowledge

. Experience in property maintenance

· Show great attention to detail

· Be diligent in the completion of paperwork

· Have the ability to work towards and meet deadlines

· Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Have strong communication skills

· Have strong organization skills

· Have good time keeping and attendance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
