Are you a commercially driven hospitality professional with a passion for maximising revenue and driving business growth? We're looking for an experienced Group Revenue Manager to lead our revenue strategy across our hotel operations.

The Role

As our Group Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in driving profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and commercial strategy. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll ensure the business is well positioned to maximise occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and overall hotel revenue.
  • Analyse booking patterns, market trends, competitor activity, and historical data to forecast demand and optimise pricing.
  • Monitor daily revenue performance, adjusting rates, restrictions, and inventory to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and secure new corporate business opportunities, earning uncapped commission on successful new corporate bookings.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to maximise revenue across all market segments.
  • Produce regular revenue reports and present performance analysis with recommendations for continued growth.
  • Lead and support the revenue function, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimise the use of revenue management systems and reporting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent leadership and analytical skills.

You must have:

  • Proven experience in Hotel Revenue Management or a similar commercial hospitality role.
  • Oracle trained
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing, and inventory control.
  • Experience using revenue management systems and data analysis tools.
  • A track record of delivering revenue growth and improving business performance.
  • Experience developing new corporate business relationships is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach and a passion for achieving results.
