The Bull Inn Bisham, set in the idyllic Bisham Village just outside Marlow is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Bull Inn enjoys a strong standing and reputation having been established and run by the same family for over 30 years.

The Restaurant Manager focuses will liaise directly with senior management, making sure guest’s and employee’s satisfaction is achieved. The FOH Management team will be in charge of managing and maintaining strategy, policies, procedures, guests, staff, and purveyors in attaining specified goals and sales growth.

Your Requirements:

As a Restaurant Manager we would love you to have:

- At least 4 years of Food and Beverage experience in a related field and at least 2 years in a managerial role,
- Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment,
- The ability to support the management team in the development and training of team members
- Customer focus- demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Effective communication skills and assist other departments at all levels when necessary
- Skills to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Financial acumen skills
- Clear working knowledge of all company policies and operates within them at all times.
- Willingness to undertake any other duties as and when required by Senior Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £44,000.00 per year
