Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends (Full flexibility required)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our busy public bar. This is a fast-paced role, so we're looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

  • Serving all beverages, including pints, spirits, wines, cocktails, and soft drinks.
  • Preparing and serving a range of cocktails to a high standard.
  • Running the bar confidently on your own during quieter periods.
  • Delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
  • Following all licensing and health & safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's bartending experience in a busy bar or pub.
  • Confident working independently in a public bar setting.
  • Experienced in pouring all standard drinks and making cocktails.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Must be available to work all shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Shifts range between 11:30am and 10:00pm, with both full and half shifts available.

Please Note

  • This role requires full flexibility and is not suitable for students.
