Bar Manager | Premium Food-Led Venue | Near Bicester | Up to £55,000

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Location: Near Bicester, Oxfordshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Bar Manager to join a beautifully designed, premium food-led hospitality venue near Bicester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the bar operation within a busy, high-quality environment that prides itself on exceptional guest service, carefully curated drinks, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from morning through to evening. The venue is recognised for its stylish interiors, seasonal food, and relaxed luxury, attracting both local guests and visitors alike.

Working closely with the senior management team, you'll take ownership of the bar, leading your team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining the highest operational standards.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the bar team
  • Delivering exceptional guest service at all times
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the bar
  • Creating a positive and professional working environment
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Managing stock control, ordering, and GP performance
  • Working closely with the management team to drive sales and enhance the guest experience
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager within a premium hospitality environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong cocktail, wine, and premium drinks knowledge
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing stock, rotas, and bar profitability
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
  • High standards, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
